Wag & Wild Goods sells personalized, made-to-order products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Shipping, Return and Refund, and Privacy policies.

Personalization
Please review your selected size, uploaded photo, personalization choices, and shipping details before purchasing. You must own your uploaded image or have permission to use it. You authorize us and our production providers to reproduce and edit it as needed to create and fulfill your order. This permission does not authorize promotional use of your photo.

Product appearance
Product images illustrate our products. Your pillow’s shape and appearance depend on your submitted photo. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed fabric. This does not limit your rights concerning defective or incorrectly produced items.

Orders and payment
Prices and applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed before payment. If we identify a pricing error or cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the order.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds
These are handled according to our Return and Refund policy. Please email us promptly with any requested changes.

Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information provided through the store.

Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
